I really enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the massage by Rita! The pool area is stunning with both indoor and outdoor options.

Consider me officially shocked

Everything about this place is phenomenal! The luxurious suite was beautifully appointed with stunning marble floors and massive windows. The breakfast spread felt like a feast, featuring made-to-order avocado toasts. To top it off, the service was unmatched, especially from Hugo, whose attentiveness made us feel like royalty. Quite simply, a remarkable experience!

I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of clear directions for the parking garage, making our arrival stressful. the inconsistencies in the check-in staff's demeanor left a bad impression, as they didn't seem welcoming or eager to assist. I expected a high-end experience in the suite, but the unfamiliar room equipment was frustrating, requiring us to ask for assistance to operate the AC and shower.

Wow, the pool area is absolute bliss, indoor-outdoor vibes with a lekker heated pool! The brekkie spread is a proper feast, loads of fresh and delicious options. The staff were super friendly, always keen to help us out, really felt the Portuguese warmth!

Just a bit noisy at night, could hear the other guests a bit too well.

I had such a wonderful time staying here, as it's just a few steps from the Ponte de Dom Luis I and you can easily stroll to the beautiful views at the Fernandine Wall, making it perfect for leisurely walks around the city.

the shower water was super inconsistent but the breakfast was insane like a buffet dreamland fresh fruit pastries and the spa was legit fantastic massages and a killer pool area to unwind after walking all day

i had a fantastic time at ga palace. the spa was beautiful, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool was a real treat. the staff were super helpful, even carrying my luggage when needed. it’s located just a short walk from several attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area. the breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious options.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring all our requests were met promptly. The pool area exuded a relaxing vibe, blending indoor and outdoor spaces beautifully. Enjoying the city view from our room brought a lovely start to each morning.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby guests disrupted our sleep occasionally.

The room was a total gem—super clean and spacious, which was great for relaxing after roaming Porto. They stocked nice Bvlgari toiletries, and I loved that they included a toothbrush set and sewing kit. Comfy beds meant good sleep, and the decor really felt upscale without being over the top. Plus, big windows let in tons of natural light. it felt like a cozy oasis whenever I needed downtime.
